Hybrid Oil Change Undercarriage Cover???

Someone recently posted a diagram with the measurements for cutting holes in the plastic Hybrid undercarriage cover for the oil filter and drain plug. I can not find it. Could someone direct me to that post please?
I have already used the search function with no luck.

Did you do this ? If so, why? Yes the cover is secured by 14 screws but with the right bit and a ratchet or power screw driver mine comes off <90 seconds.

I would prefer a lightweight metal one for long term durability as I predict deterioration of the fiber within a few years.
