When I picked up my XLT hybrid at the dealer it was clicking away as soon as the salesman and I got in it. He saw my reaction and said "don't worry, completely normal" It is weird but I'm getting used to it, lol.

If it's cool or cold, you are probably hearing the hydraulic brakes pressuring up or down.

If it's warm or hot, in addition you may hear pump(s) circulating coolant.
