Hybrid battery voltage meter .

Torque and Screen2Auto can do that on Android. I gave up trying to find something to work on iphone.

Just curious, how did you get your Torque Pro to show HBATT reading? None of my Hybrid/EV battery readings show anything and voltage is at 0.

I'm guessing my OBD BT scanners might be too old? Have used Torque Pro for a long time and all my readers are ELM327 based from 9+ years ago . Screenshot was using the first ORIGINAL OBD BT scanner that other clones were based on; no EV battery reading. Another was one of the cheaper clones, guess Android 13 will no longer connect to it, and the last one I have is one of those really short ones in transparent blue casing, it's still on my friends car so....

Curious which OBD scanner are you using?

Ordered the exact same one and it came in today, still no Hybrid battery data on Torque Pro. Figured maybe it's my Pixel 7 so went and dug out my old Essential PH-1, samething no hybrid battery data.

Saw this setting in Torque Pro menu, did you had to input any PID?

Using a Pixel 6 Pro. I Did Not add any PID's

I did just checked again, and it wasn't showing the data for Hybrid/EV Battery.
I closed the Torque app, re opened it, waited for ECU to connect and checked again and it showed up. Not sure why.

I got it working, ended up finding some custom PIDs on this post on f150gen14.com and loaded them into my Torque, there are many that don't seem to work with Maverick, when I have time I will clean up the PID codes and upload it here.

This is INSANETY, I'm going to clamp a spare phone next to the cluster and record all my drives with a camera recording both at the same time for review later.

Torque Pro also has a very robust logging/graphing feature too, though I haven't used it in a long time so will need to relearn a lot of these features.

@Gullzway, Hum not sure I've seen purple data output in Torque before. Green is default reading from OBD, brown on my screenshot was custom PID, not sure what purple is?

Can you go to your Torque settings > Settings > Manage extra PIDs/Sensors and see if you have anything listed in that screen? If so can you export that list as CSV and share it here?

it's weird looks like your is pulling 7EC ECU data, mine list them as supporting but it's not getting any data.

There are some things listed there. Though I don't see anything about the hybrid battery .Delete the .zip in the file name.
I imported the file you linked, looks like some extra stuff for the hybrid. Thanks.

OBD reader hardware.

I cleaned up those PIDs I downloaded but am questioning how accurate those equations/readings are. Since you guys' OBD readers were able to read more from ECU directly I want to get one that can too to at least verify some of the data from those PIDs.

I got the panglong obd bt one for Android with Torque pro & AA Torque

from Github, but it wont work with the Android 13 System, tried to force update my phone, but us still seems to be using 13, but it will work wired

Did this one on my iPh with Car Scanner app. Cannot push to Maverick's Nav screen. Still experimenting with an old Nexus 7 Android & Torque to see what it will do.

I wanted one for the regular battery to detect when its not charging. Would be nice to have both

But these meters themselves pull mA of current so they need to disconnect after some time as they themselves will drain the battery, Even the self disconnect types uses uA of current when off.

I have one that plugs into my cigarette lighter. Works well and also has USB ports. Nice having real time info and shutting off too.
