Hybrid aftermarket cruise control question

I am set to receive my maverick at the end of this month and bought both SW8579 and SW8576 switches. I watched the CubanRedneck channel in which he enabled his, but he also lacked the copilot 360 as well as a hybrid. Had any hybrid owners with co360 attempted this mod?! I was just wondering about the code differences, if any.

Yes it works with a hybrid and copilot 360. The codes will be slightly different for the copilot 360 left turn stalk with the lane assist button.

Even though there are other threads on this I'll be nice and give you the forscan cheat sheet for your build.

ABS - 760-03-02 0200 0000 0573
Sets the braking to work correctly with cruise control this code is the same across all models

BCM - 726-04-05 xxxx xxxx x8xx
Leave all the x values as default on your module build info. This enables cruise control in the Body Control module. Forscan will give you a checksum error when you change xxxx xxxx x4xx to xxxx xxxx x8xx when you make the change but will still write the new value correctly and correct the checksum when it does.

Since you have copilot the code is the following for your steering wheel switches SW8576 and SW8579

SCCM - 724-02-01 1258 6820 3050
The breakdown is as follows
xx5x xxxx xxxx is for the SW8579 / SW8576 switch combo
xxxx 6xxx xxxx is for the left steering wheel stalk with lane assist and the SW8579 / SW8576 switch combo

I would check with my local Ford service Manger and ask what they would charge to do the job to install the switches. Then you wouldn't have to curse at all

They won't program them. I doubt they'd install them.

Any car stereo place would install them. But no one will program them but yourself.

Where in North Ga are you located? I'm in Blairsville, Ga. I have a 2022 XL and am considering adding cruise control. I haven't purchased any parts for the job. What would you charge & how long would it take?
