It really is a shame that the OP dropped off the face of the planet. Great information, but hard to keep it all together.

Good work!, congrats,
when you have time, could you share the current module configuration (modules and calibrations level for each).
I am having issues with the ABS module and want to check the calibration levels against other trucks.

Boom, there it is! Thanks surfstar! I checked your last page and noted that under IMPA 706-01-02 and 706-01-03 also had coding that wasn't shown on the spreadsheet. The OP had coding there but I didn't try it again. I only used the coding from the spreadsheet. Everything works now i think. Haven't done any long-term checking but it appears to be good now. Yea!! I will post all of the info when I get a chance. Also, want to post some details and pics from install that others might find helpful that wasn't covered that I had questions about.. Thanks everyone.

FORSCAN settings for my 2022 XLT with luxury package and CO-PILOT 360

The settings are mostly from surfstar’s spreadsheet.

These ABS settings are from OP Baaron spreadsheet. Not on surfstar’s but everything works so didn’t try without. Might not be needed.

# These IMPA settings not on surfstar’s spreadsheet but where in the text and are on Baaron’s spreadsheet and were the last of the pieces of the puzzle to make everything work.

The last 2 digits are not entered by user. These are checksums figured out by computer. But are in Forscan so I included so it would look the same.

Some only have 2 columns.

If anyone notices a mistake, Please advise. Hope this helps someone.

Yes it is. It would be nice to have everything together in one document. Would have saved me a bunch of time and aggravation. But still extremely grateful for all everyone has done.

I've read thru most of the thread here but was unable to ascertain if what I'd like to do is possible - I have a

  • 2023 XLT hybrid
  • DOES NOT have CP360
  • No additional options other than hitch and full size spare.
  • Lane keeping assist is working via the Forscan hack with Explorer stalk

Is this install (combined with lane centering) possible in vehicles without CP360?

It sure is.

I have a 23 Ecoboost XLT lux without CP360, and just got ACC and Lane Centering working.

It takes a little more tinkering and getting help from other gracious members without the CP360. There seems many more that have done it to Hybrids, so you have lots of info to assist you.
It was harder for me since there is less on the Ecoboost conversions, and I'll be honest with you, it will probably take more time than you estimate when you start. It took me a whole weekend to tear the front end off the truck, rework the grill and get the new hardware installed and back together. Then, for me at least, as much or more time with the computer, spreadsheets and getting help to get the software working.

I also had already turned on TSR, Lane Keeping, turned off the seatbelt nag, etc. so I had to keep that all straight.

I think ecoboost requires an additional brake booster, correct? Any errors or DTCs or anything?

I agree being a hybrid it makes life a little easier. Thanks for heads up. How was installing the actual hardware? I'm not an electrical engineer so really have no idea what I'm getting myself into but would really like to undertake this project next.

I've got some chimes off as well as the seatbelt screen but that is secondary to getting this working. Good to know it all plays nicely eventually though. I do have a second car if I need to work on this longer. Just afraid of the wiring job - the parts list in the OP had me bugging out. I have no clue what any of it is.
