MSRP at time of Order or when I got it?


Paid under MSRP at delivery b/c of my private offer and farm bureau but a little over MSRP from when I ordered.

I had the Private Offer and X-Plan. I think they tried to get the Recent College Grad on there too but while I qualified when I placed the order, I was out of the window when I picked it up so I'm not sure if that went through. The "Discounts/Rebates" section wasn't itemized.

Same... I qualified for it when it was SUPPOSED to be delivered... but almost 2 yrs waiting changed that.

I've had my great little truck for almost a year and a half - love it! I know MSRP is still a solid deal for anyone buying a new vehicle today (not just the Maverick). With that said, I couldn't fathom paying some of the very high markups that are out there, but I can understand the decision to pay more in the current environment.

This isn't really an ask about why any one particular person paid how much they did, I'm just genuinely curious to see what people are paying - how many are under, at or over MSRP when they walk out the dealer door.

My sticker is $27,850. 2023 XLT Hybrid Lux got the $2750 + dealer -500 Dick Masheter Col. Oh. A great bunch

all i know is I have an order in hand from last sept with a price and if they ask for more I walk I already have a 22 XLT hybrid..so no loss ill take my $500 deposit back and say cu later

My sticker was $29500, got the $2750 private offer off that. Hybrid with CP360,sunroof,BAP,400W inverter. Bought all accessories on Amazon, and as a bonus received a $1000 check in the mail a week ago from the dealer for the difference on my trade in from a year and a half ago when I ordered and traded my car in that I used to pay off a creditcard..LOL

A month in and averaging 40 MPG

paid $2700 over and got really good money on my trade that offset it. I have one on order and it's a hybrid. if I waited till I got the hybrid my trade will be worth way lower. No regrets and loving every minute I am in it

I was in a similar situation. Was offered close to 5k more than what I paid for my trade plus the $500 farm bureau credit on a EB 4k FX 4 came in at 2500k under MSRP.

2022 Lariat Lux Hybrid - 4% under invoice + tax/fees $29,800ish OTD
2023 XL Hybrid - 4% under invoice - $2750 private offer + tax/fees $21,756 OTD

I miss the old version of TruCar.com which used to show invoice price and the range of purchase prices in your area. That helped me a lot when I bought 2 vehicles in 2016 and 2017.

I paid MSRP, ford wasn't offering a price/inflation lock on the msrp so it went up $480

$1,241 under MSPR for a Lariat Hybrid that was on the lot for a few weeks I had my eye on. They were also kind enough to let me keep the lifetime powertrain warranty even though I negotiated them down below sticker. Shout out to Albermarle Ford! https://www.albemarleford.com/
