Ha “changing the narrative”, what are are we in court here Counsellor? Ok then, may I direct the jurors to review my prior statements?

First I pointed out that this posting for a used 2023 has an asking price substantially higher than a new 2024 with more options. It was a simple point and a factual one.
You responded that explaining the reason someone would buy a used 2023 for a higher price than a new 2024 is that they simply cannot wait. Well to be exact it was “WAIT WAIT WAIT. There is a market for those who can’t WAIT”.
That may be a good reason to pay a bit more if you have to, but you don’t have to pay that much more. So I responded to that pointing out those who cannot wait and don’t mind lightly used have many other options for less $ in our area. At no point did I change the narrative. I was simply responding to your own comment.

Whether someone wants to wait for new or buy used, the price in the ad I shared is crazy.

With the court’s permission I’d like to call for a recess.
Welcome to the Ignore List

Give me a Ridgeline any day and I would have $10,000 left over for the higher gas costs. I think that will pay for my gas for quite a while.
My neighbor just bought a 2023 Ridgeline Sport. 40K. Non LED high beams with that 20 year old tech of using lower voltage on the halogen high beam for DRL. No heated seats or steering wheel. The truck just feels old. Driving my EcoBeast feels refreshing, up to date big time for a truck 10K cheaper. Not a bad looking rig, but no thank you.

Guy should have waited for the MY24 refresh, or not gotten the base model.

So I know this thread is old but I think it's funny to share this other sticker I was sent by this same dealer last year for an F150 Lightning....

True story but in a sense that is my point. 10K + only gets you the base model or sport. To get the toys up we go to 50K for the HPD or whatever it is they call it. That's a crap load more money, it damn well better be lightyears better than my FX/4 for 30K.
