Yes they are sealed, and they are not interchangeable bulbs either. If the factory headlights go, you have to replace the entire housing. Everything else, turn signals (front and rear), running lights, and rear lights are changeable bulbs. Are these headlights sealed? I’m not happy with the light output, is there anyway to upgrade the headlights?

Unlikely to see those in an entry level model vehicle. The headlight units are already over $1k a pop, make them adaptive and that shoots up $2-3k per unit. People here freak out over $300-400 price jumps, just imagnine what they'll do if the price goes up $4k just due to the headlights!3) I would like to see upgrade to curve-adaptive headlights.
I prefer projectors with HID’sIs this your first vehicle with LEDs or HID headlights?
I agree with that review. The brights are decent. The low beams are disappointingFunny I do get flashed occasionally by other drivers when using low beams but i have never been impressed with how much they illuminate.. just OK in my view. Unfortunately the sealed design probably doesn't lend itself to upgrades as won't be enough interest to encourage costly development of any modest aftermarket improvement.
Consumer reports has a unusually harsh ssessment--below--of the low beams...
"...The low beams provide only “fair” levels of light straight ahead down the road. They don’t give enough light for the driver to adequately see, react, and brake for anything ahead when speeds reach about 60 mph. Sideward visibility was rated at “good,” which is lower than the levels of sideward visibility we typically see with better-performing LED headlights. Sideward visibility can help drivers see pedestrians and wildlife entering from the sides of the road, or in navigating corners.
In contrast, the high beams do a “very good” job of lighting the road ahead""

whatever works i guess. those look like a pain since you have to install resistors yourself. i’ll hope to not have a problem with my Lasfits, but if so, they will do right by me hopefully.burned once lasfit installed turn signal burned out after a few months

Whatever bulbs you replace keep the original I kept the original front blinkers after installing the lasfits and good I did or else I would have had to hunt down replacement bulbs ASAP since the lasfits fizzled and waited for a warranty replacementwhatever works i guess. those look like a pain since you have to install resistors yourself. i’ll hope to not have a problem with my Lasfits, but if so, they will do right by me hopefully.
