Rotated the tires which now have about 3500 miles on them. There were no issues prior to the rotation and balancing. They were balanced/rotated. They were balanced again and my 2023 XL 2.0T still vibrates. The vibration is felt through the steering wheel, which as I am told is a sign that the issue is with the front end. Has anyone experienced this? What might be the issue? In advance... Thanks much!

Yea have you had CV's replaced? Fairly common issue pre 25. Lots of good info on here might have to try a few different search strings.

They still aren't balanced right.

Discount hooked me up with that same issue a few times. Now I go to Costco or the dealership. Dealership fixed me 2 of the 3 times after multiple trips to 3 different discount tire locations.

If you can, re-torque to correct spec. If no difference, rotate front to back, just to test the difference. Easy enough to do at home with the right tools or, like somebody already posted, go to a different shop and have them balanced again. I bet the dude doing them this time was clueless.

The tire person in our shop was usually somebody who was quickly trained and let loose doing tires.

Many years ago, I put myself through college working in a garage where we did everything.

I had been educated with three years of automotive shop in high school (1973-1976). I wasn’t a pro, but I knew more about many of the different systems than many other folks. We even had a semester of diesel mechanics.

They broke the car up into systems and each semester we covered a different system.

If we wanted to, we could sign up for a class over the summer where we removed, rebuilt, and reinstalled an engine. I did that two summers in a row.

I guess I should knock on wood.
My '22 has 70K and rides smooth as can be. Never had issues. Only recalls.

Before you retorque those lug nuts, remove each front wheel and check for debris stuck to the wheel mounting surface or the hub.
If that's what's causing your vibration, no amount of lug nut torque will totally eliminate the vibration.

Mine is at the dealer getting repaired for that right now. However it was more of a wobble instead of a vibration. They're replacing the driver side drive axle. I took it in yesterday, parts minus the bolts or nuts came in today. Hopefully it's done tomorrow. They sent an email, saying they wanted $93 for a cabin air filter replacement :bandit: and $725 for the axle. I told them no on the filter and check the warranty/recall for the axle. The engine air filter they wanted $31 to replace so not tooooo ridiculous.
