FordPass Remote Connection message for battery

I traded in my '24 EB Lariat for a '24 Lariat hybrid about a month ago. No issues (knock on wood). Sitting at work today I get a notification from FordPass that "remote services disconnected to maintain battery charge". So now I'm thinking my truck won't start when I want to go home. App functions looked fine. So I went to my account and "select vehicle" and my OLD EB was the one with services disconnected to save battery. It's been sitting in the same spot in Michigan where I traded it lol. I guess even the EB trucks my have some sort of diminishing battery as well.

Lol, it happens on EB as well. Had my phone Ford App update yesterday also got the remote battery warning for the first time in many months. Also drove the most miles per half day since I have had the truck so battery should have been well charged with 5plus 'on the move' hours.

I bought my truck at the beginning of April and it sat in the garage until last week. I got the same warning about ford pass. It’s just a precaution since the vehicle hasn’t been used for a while. Freaked me out at first

Same thing happened to me after I got the app update. Drove 2 hours (average 70mph), got home, saw I got the updated app, went to bed, woke up to a "deep sleep" message. Hallelujah!!

it’s just a piece of crap 12 V under the backseat showing it needs to get a lot of charge before it normalizes you’ll probably get rid of that within a year or two if you keep your truck, it happens to most people until they drive it a lot. Just a battery dropping below level the computer doesn’t like, but you’ll be fine to start.

Nothing to worry about? Until you lock your keys in the truck & remote features are disabled so you can't use the FordPass app to open the door
