Where are you getting that SOC data?Good luck with that. Ford is evidently simply ignoring all of us owners and now doesn't even seem to acknowledge that the problem exists. It's now been one full year since they promised a permanent fix by the end off the first quarter of 2025, a date they then changed to the end of the second quarter. That went by the side of the road, and since then have gone completely silent. By the way, putting in an AGM (or dealership did on our 2023 Lariat hybrid, as a customer courtesy, since they are just as frustrated with Ford) and it makes absolutely no difference at all. All software updates to modules done by service department, as per Ford. This is after two days of not driving - down to a 40% state of charge:
