Ford Maverick Improvements Needed.

Having owned my Maverick for a few weeks now, I’ve noted that several options / improvements can be added

• Fog lights. Why in the heck did Ford not offer fog lights?
• Homelink Why no option for Homelink integration? Thanks to the forum member that offers a plug and play Homelink mirror kit
• Rear parking/ obstruction sensors. This would have been a nice option
• Door pulls. It would have been nice to add an indent on the soft plastic armrests. The cantilevered pulls look cool but lack functionality/ergonomics.
• Cubby. What the heck was Ford thinking?
• Driving mode reset to normal every drive cycle. Can this not be fixed with a programming change? This is a major annoyance when you drive in Eco mode.

There is rear parking sensors available.

Please Ford fix the Bluetooth on the XL and XLT models. This is the worst BT connection I have ever seen. Mine is constantly disconnecting and reconnecting.

Agreed, agreed, agreed. I always thought that a Ford “Lariat” edition meant it was loaded but seems like everything is an ad on with a sizable addition in $.

Most manufacturers are getting rid of fog lights- supposedly they reflect too much off wet surfaces, blinding other drivers.

I think the door handles are weird but they work.

Only improvement I want is change the left round gauge on the hybrid to work exactly like the bar graph display you can select to watch electric vs. hybrid power.

I don't remember being blinded by fogs but everyday I'm being blinded by people with regular low beam or driving with hi beams.

I was shocked that park assist/obstruction sensors were not part of co-pilot 360.
I really miss ACC on my XLT.

I never have that problem. My Android phone always connects to BT when I get in the truck. And music starts auto-playing through the mediocre truck speakers within 10 seconds.

My wish list is simple....have a 330 HP version and Please, remove the 108 MPH limiter.

I bet if you boost your current turbo, you can probably get that.

I would assume keyless would cost less for Ford too.
