I have previously post this but my solution was an Igloo Ice Chest I found in my MIL's attic after she passed away. I replaced the plastic latches with metal ones so when I shut the tailgate the chest can't be opened. The chest is held in place with strap steel that attaches to the rear tie down clips. An small pad lock allows me to remove in about 1 minute. If I need additional bed devision I have a door gate for keeping a toddler in place or a small dog from running around the house that adjusts between the chest and the cab. I am not sure how I came by that, but it works.

i also use the Harbor Freight cargo bar.
i made a PVC divider, but i found that the slot is just too close to the tailgate. i can put the HF cargo bar anywhere (in my case over the wheel wells is just right). i cut down my PVC pipe divider and use it as a keyboard tray.
