no option to configure.
although its a great idea though. all it would take is a Sync4 software update. i would pretty much just copy the MyView options from my instrument cluster.
yeah, PVC pipe for me too.
of course the sunroof in vent mode with the back window halfway open created the dynamic duo for perfect airflow...hard part is to remember to close them
good point. i decided to ask it a question i knew the answer to....and i got AI slop. it lied to me and said i could do it (1st pic asking if trip 1 could go over 10,000) . then i asked why it didnt work and it correctly told me why (2nd 2 pics)
and just for the record i asked it to give me all the telemetry. and sure enough its limited to the ford pass app stuff,...the next screen ended with tire pressure
now that you bring it up. it looks like i used whatever points i had total 41.75. Mine has a different SKU# from the one in the pic by Hot Runr guy and it cost me an extra $30. i think the one in his pic was not compatible with the 2025 model.
the battery on these wireless ones is supposedly...
i got mine with my Ford Points. it looks just like this one. the dealer had to program it, and i just had to stick it on the front of the bed. i use mine 3 or 4 times a week.
no, not OTA. Last time Ford did an OTA update, they gave us warning. also, my updates screen still shows the bottom pic as my last update.
This must have been pushed out as a mistake.... So the Ford recall notification was recalled? does that count as another recall?
my ford pass app shows i need the 26e04 recall. Great that this is a software update.
i hope it goes as well as the Trailer Module Recall software update....that was 100% OTA. i woke up in the morning and the Trailer recall was complete. Best Recall Ever.
i have one, i have never needed to remove my tailgate.
i know that (and i think you know this too) like all theft prevention devices...a $30 lock will not stop a determined professional. but it might stop a non-professional looking for an easy crime of opportunity.
Bring a printout of California Vehicle Code 11713.17 section A and B with you. Show section B and Tell them you never gave signed written acknowledgement that you declined installation.
of course, it would be cheaper to do it yourself as opposed to hire a lawyer.
maybe the MTC 2027 Carlisle round-up can add a tailgate cable trading section.
My lazy driver side cable makes my hard working passenger side cable do all the menial labor. But when the pressures on...the driver side cable does answer the call.
