Yeah I think I am going to order it and install it myself, the dealer that said they had it never called me back. I left a message a couple days ago and no return call. Now that its back in stock on the Ford Accessory Website, I will just ship it right to my home.I ordered one on Saturday, and it arrived today (two business days basically) to my local dealer so maybe stock is back to normal (also in PA). I assume some of these may have been built to different tolerances, because I did not experience any of the difficulty I’m reading about the install. It literally took me longer to open the box, back into some shade, and find the right torx bit than the install. Loosen the two top torx screws on each side and it *COULD* be a breeze for you like it was for me.
A cool solution but I wanted something that was a bit more solid so I can place smaller items in my bed without them flying past the bar.I use the $25 ratcheting Harbor Freight cargo bar, very flexible for placement

A 2 x 8 works great and at a substantial less price. Just a thought.I just bought one at my dealer this weekend. I called the Parts Department and they had it for me the next day. I really like it although it is a bit difficult to install.
I made mine out of two blocks of wood and two 3/4 PVC pipesI have been watching the availability of the Ford Bed Divider (https://www.ford.com/product/cargo-management-system-bed-divider-kit-p2914217750) for a month and it never seems to go back into stock. Anyone know what's going on? I see Levitt Town Ford Parts have them in stock (https://parts.levittownfordparts.co...4v8z6krhO1ly4TpO_0WzLSswkpiMgPV2JAAKse-UM2X1h). I may contact them but I have enough Ford Points to get it for free and I am unsure if I can use those points if I get it through Levitt Town Ford.
Thoughts?
Quite inventive, are you happy with how it turned out?I made mine out of two blocks of wood and two 3/4 PVC pipes
LOL it is nothing impressive, it is simple, light and useful but it ain't pretty, I guess I could paint the PVC pipes to make it look better.I just placed my order with the Ford Accessory website, after using my Ford Points the divider ended up costing me $16.

Hey if it works, that's what is important. I did manage to get my Ford bed divider installed this weekend, only cost me $16 down from $340 with my Ford Points. It's nice.LOL it is nothing impressive, it is simple, light and useful but it ain't pretty, I guess I could paint the PVC pipes to make it look better.
