yeah tried starting my F150 at 5PM and nothing. Just locked it from fordpass with no issue. Still a better app than the Honda crap!

Has anyone else had issues today trying to log in to the Ford website or FordPass?
I have tried several times using Safari and FireFox and asks for sign in info then reloads to previous page and the drop down menu shows sign in etc. but no account name. When I tried to click on vehicle dashboard the window freezes then goes blank with no download progress.
FordPass shows a message “Sorry FordPass isn’t responding, please try again later”

Ran into the same issue. Now it seems to be working. I noticed it around 2pm my time. Noticed it working around 5pm my time.

I was thrilled to get a call this afternoon from my dealer that my 2024 Lariat/EB/AWD was being backed off the truck and would be ready for me to own in a few hours. After arriving at the dealership, we spent the next few hours trying to get the Fordapp to connect/activate and for having patience while the dealer endured the frustration in not being able to connect to Ford services for finalizing the sale. My dealer (Zeigler Ford, North Riverside, IL) was awesome in their determination to get my truck to me. ...And they did! This truck is sooo awesome! Hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to activate the Fordapp.

Not just Ford, my Honda also would not work earlier today. Wonder if they both use same third party services. Both working now. At least the honda I could start with the fob, 23 Mav had that option deleted due to chip shortage. Of course happens when its 4 degrees outside.

Wait until you start using those Railroad tracking phone numbers. I thought I was going to break their replay option. I'd listen to it over and over, and even have my wife listen to it on speaker phone, and we still weren't sure what the heck they said half the time.

I just picked up my truck today and downloaded the FordPass app for the first time to try and get my vehicle added. FordPass never opened while we were at the dealership nor when I got home. Haven't checked it tonight. Will try again tomorrow.

But I finally got my Mav! :-D

I was having issues all week with remote start working; it finally came back to life this morning. It was especially frustrating this week with the extreme cold that has been in my area. I had to manually start the truck each morning to get it warm enough for my child to not freeze. Never had this issue with my fob remote start on my F150. Really disappointed in this and will explore my options for third-party remote start. Really sucks!
