Enabling additional drive modes on 2025 XLT AWD Hybrid

Has anyone messed about with additional drive modes on the 2025 MY?
Wondering if it would be possible to get some of the more interesting modes on the AWD hybrid.

I tried enabling basically all of the numbered modes in EZ mode using Forscan, but only #9 did anything (Lobo mode).

I haven't yet tried driving in Lobo mode, tbh I'm kinda interested to see what would happen lol.

Unsure if there is some additional check for the FX4 package or hybrid that I need to bypass? Will they simply not function on a hybrid no matter what? Is this a MY2025 thing?

I was successfully able to enable and drive in Off-Road and Lobo mode on my '25 Hybrid AWD.

Not sure how to properly test their effects, but they both seem to be doing something like their original intention. Lobo seems like Sport mode just with less fake shifts, and perhaps a more aggressive throttle curve (and TC disabled). Off-road shows that info display, disables TC, and makes the throttle curve very lazy.

Pretty interesting. Does the AWD screen work? Meaning does it display which wheels are getting power, etc for the hybrid AWD?

Well, I don't have an FX4 Maverick to compare against, and I haven't yet tried the hybrid actually off-road, but I'm a bit suspicious? I didn't see anything on a quick drive around the block...

Are there supposed to be numbers next to the wheels? Or color change or something?

I tried searching for a video example but I couldn't find one. Maybe one of the FX4 or Tremor guys can chime in.

I noticed though that the off-road mode for the Tremor enables the front camera with a trail preview. Since the Lariat also has a 360 camera, did this activate for you? If not it could be another setting to enable somewhere.

Oops sorry thought you did for some reason! I may look at enabling it this weekend on my Lariat as the trail camera would be handy.

If you give it a hard throttle input (50-60% or greater) it will engage AWD and you will see white bars fill all 4 wheels.

I had a 5 and changed it to 7.
That field is 4 settings/bits, so the 5 was 0101. Making it a 7 becomes 0111. So it is the 2nd bit, from the right, that needs to be toggled. So be sure to leave the others alone. For example, if you had 1 (0001), then make it a 3 (0011); if you have 4 (0100), then make it a 6 (0110).

I ran my '22 with that change for 2.5 years with no problems.

I just tired the IPC 720-07-02 x7xx-xx; which worked and added it to My View. Which is what I would call the AWD screen. I did not try the Off Road drive mode.
