Got it on Ebay for 15 bucks.. had to remove it from the original mount, but that was easy enough as the tape holding it on was over 50 years old.

Cleaned it up and used 3M VHB tape to mount it.

3D printed acrylic letters on an acrylic background (from Etsy.) I hand painted and vanished the letter faces to give a more rustic appearance.

Edit: the Allen bolts are easier to mount to than using tape

The design is from Ford, and was used on the 1970s car bearing the same name. Might be problematic to try and patent it, given that it's a Ford trademark.
