I have a 2023 Hybrid XLT Lux.

Until last week, I didn't really had anything to complain about.
That is until the recent -25c overnights we've been having.

First, there was the solid amber engine warning light.
Apparently, this was the result of the cooling system misbehaving.
I drove slow for a while, and waited for the engine temp to rise to full operational level.
The warning light disappeared.

At the end of that last drive, multiple other warnings started to appeared.
To start with, the collision early-warning went offline, then the traction control went off too.
Finally, the drive mode went offline.
I still had the full ICE power available but it felt like the EE would not engage.

That was 48 hours ago and I haven't dared to use my Mav since.
I'll try to drive it around the neighborhood tomorrow but I fear I'll have to drive it to the dealership first thing Monday.
The temperature remains stubbornly cold.

Did anyone run into similar issues?
What should I watch out for during tomorrow's drive?

I hate to "waste gas" but in your case at 25 below....

It's not a waste, it may be useful to idle the truck for 5 to 7 minutes in a well ventilated area before driving.

Warm up the engine which should warm up the liquid that goes to the battery too before driving.

Keep cabin heat off until your engine temperature gauge is at least half way.

A trip to the dealer is probably premature.

Frost on the windshield over the camera lens will disable safety features that rely on those optics.
That's true for any car equipped with similar optical sensors.

It sounds like the car's systems are appropriately protecting frozen components until they warm up.
At -25C you are well below normal operational minimums, so the system is protecting itself.
Take a look at this site.

Thanks for the insights.
I think I'll keep it in Sport mode during cold spells. Otherwise, the engine cools too quickly in city driving.
I'll be setting up Forscan over the weekend to get a clearer picture on those error codes.

The good news is there is insulation and the systems being disabled until warm up help prevent damage.

Any time it's below 20 degrees, I remote start on the Ford pass app 5-10 minutes before driving. Helps the truck not run as much when I get in. Doesn't use much gas to idle when parked compared to running to drive.

Your 2023 came standard with a block heater. Are you plugging your car in?

At some point in the near future, I hope we get a option to swap out the Lithium battery for a Sodium battery like the ones CATL just started to produce. Lithium is crap for Canadian weather.

So I was able to scan the car's systems with Forscan and got the following codes :
B1310:14-08
B130F:14-08
B1C55:14-08
C0512:00-AF
C003A:01-2F
C0051:67-6D
U0415:00-0A
U0415:00-6C

From what I can understand, a faulty speed sensor on the rear right wheel is the source of the multiple driving assist failures. Cascading as they were.

As for the solid amber check engine light (which is back full time), I can't find and explanation through those codes.

The Mav needs an oil change anyway and my neighborhood mechanic is trustworthy by all accounts. I'll ask him to check it all out while the oil is draining.

Would any of you recommend some specific checks I should ask him?

Check the right rear speed sensor wiring harness. Mine had a wire with compromised insulation by the junction to the main harness, and would throw the code, occasionally clearing. Check the voltage coming to the sensor, or swap rear abs sensors side to side to see if the code changes before buying one, easy job.

Cheers.
