After a 9 month wait, I picked-up my on XLT Hybrid this week. Only about 150 miles to date and I'm totally over the moon about this cool little truck. I also bought the Ford drop-in bedlner. I've scanned thr QR code on the sheet enclosed with the liner and also the QR located in the bed in an effort to get installation directions. No luck; I get to a screen that shows "Body Repair" and "Accessory Installation" but clicking on Accessory Insrallation does nothing. Any help on finding install directions would be appreciated.

Don't forget to cut out the holes for the cubbies. I cut out both sides because I installed a second cubbie.

Also cut out the access for the two 12v power accesses.
I drilled all 4 corners of each hole with a step drill to give nice clean corners

I plan to install D-rings on the sides so I cut out those holes as well

I held back on cutting holes, figuring as poor as the directions were, I likely had something wrong and would have to R&R the liner to fix. I also want to install the string of LEDs that I bought earlier. The soft tri-fold topper also has rubbery gaskets to be applied on/near the tailgate, and I want to be sure they will do the best job. Besides, I can procrastinate better than a lot of others...
I really like the modular liner. Good fit, good quality and seems to be made of tough stuff. It could outlast a SIL, such as Rhino Liner or Line-X, or even the factory applied SIL.
As I just read concerning the 2024 MY, the modular will be the factory product listed in an upgrade package rather than a SIL. Apparenly the off-premise, non-factory contractor that drilled so many gas tanks will no longer be supplying SIL serviced for the Hermosillo factory.

I had the same issue when I purchased my DIBL. The QR code went to a dead end. Luckily, I found a PDF of the instructions somewhere on the internet.

The PDF is too large to upload to the forum so I have dropped it in a DropBox: Ford DIBL Install Instructions

I used a cordless jigsaw to cut the openings and a large drill bit to make a hole in the opening corners. Then I used a sharp utility knife to trim everything up. One word of caution though; it makes a huge mess!

Don't know why they don't make composite bed like Tacoma's? Had mine for last 13 years - much better than drop in or liner!
People seem to think that composite beds are bad, they'd rather have a steel one that rusts. 🤷‍♂️
