I've had just the floor tray for a few months.

I noticed yesterday that the sides are rolling up by the cubby doors.

Here is my installation of the Ford Accessories drop-in bedliner step-by-step with a couple of small changes.

Nicely done! I'm leaning more toward this dibl than a sibl the more I see of it.

I have one question. Yours isn't the first dibl install I've seen where there were no cutouts for the 12v plug access panels. Were there no "cut marks" or did you choose not to cut those openings?

There were outlines and cutouts could be done but I chose not to cut them out for a cleaner look. The only power accessory I had planned was the outlets at the cubby panel and that was done prior to installing the bed liner. You can always pull the panel back off in a few minutes to get to the 12V power source if you want to add something later.

Are those your factory tie downs or replaced? They’re different than mine

Oh does the xl not come with any?
XL has no bed floor mounted D-rings or tiedown points. There are however 4 tie down cleats mounted a little bit higher in corners of the bed.

Always appreciate your videos. I think I'm sold on this liner, as the market prices for SIBL in my area seem to be higher than what I'm seeing in here. for instance, the Bullet liner I wanted is about $650 and another was $685. Anybody know where the cheapest place to buy the drop in is?

I tried to order an OEM one online like 10 days ago, but the order was cancelled. I think maybe they are all going into new trucks?
