Wow, whats going on here. My truck went into Deep Sleep this morning as well.
Hasn't happened in over 2 months since replacing the battery.

I did have the wiring recall and emissions reprogramming done yesterday, I thought that might be the cause?

Looks like it's almost an even split so far on this thread of hybrid and eco's. I don't see how it could be the batteries? Mine starts and runs fine, but don't have an alt-meter to be sure.

I had my battery replaced the first time and I still had the problem.

I think it's something with the program in our phones. Hope we didn't get hacked or something 😕

I had my first message the day after the battery cable update on my 22 Hybrid. 10 days later the local Ford dealer came to my house and did a major computer update. The "tech" knew nothing about what the update included but I was hoping it would fix the deep sleep. Nope I am still getting at least 3-4 times a week. One time was after a 15 mile city traffic drive. Got a notice 5 min after I walked into a hardware store.

As one of the many 2022 model guinea pigs, I'm truly starting to mark the time for if/when they add AWD to the hybrid and I can go that route instead....

I wonder if this could be an issue with the app as opposed to the truck. Just got the message after a 65 mile trip. Truck is 20 months old with 23,000 miles and this is the first issue I've had.

Well, for some reason mine just cleared up and works now. I was about to disconnect the battery in hopes to reset it

This is likely related to the 'target' voltage set. When that voltage is reached, the battery charge is reduced to improve mpg. The'smart' charging system will let the voltage stay below 'fully charged' as long as it meets the set level.
It is a modifiable parameter and can be changed by FORSCAN.
There are at least two YT videos explaining how the controlled charging system works. Generally it is set to a lower voltage than I would expect.
In my experience the smart charging system made the auto stop/start work once or twice after a 500 mile freeway trip and then it became disabled by low battery voltage again. If I want A-SS to work, I have to use a battery charger to up the charge state. Not too happy with that, but the dealer tested the battery and said it was normal...

Same here. Went out and started it, engine ran for about 30 seconds and cut off. Came back in and the alert was gone.🤞

I finished doing a long drive on the highway up North (3 1/2 hours) and parked my truck around 4:30PM. I just looked at the app (7:14 PM) and I'm seeing "Drive your vehicle to reconnect FordPass and exit battery saver mode"

I have deleted the app, re-installed the app, removed the vehicle, did a 3 1/2 hour drive and I still got the error message on my app. I would have thought the long drive would have helped but it didn't. I also noticed I didn't my usual 40 mpg while driving up North....it showed I was getting 37. It didn't seem like it was windy but the outside temp was in the 50. I usually drive at a steady 70 mph...I'm typically in no hurry to going up North, this is a retired thing.

One more thing, I'm still happy with the truck and it does everything it needs to do for me. This is just a little set back and not a reason for me to dump it.
