Decked Drawer system for Maverick - show your interest

Good day all, after having a conversation with the marketing people at decked it has become clear they are considering a drawer system for the Mav but are looking for interest from the community.
If everyone could go and let them know we are interested in the system I would really appreciate it as I am desperate for one.

I've been itching for one ever since I ordered my Maverick. I even considered cutting up a Ranger Decked platform to fit, but it would be a very costly experiment. If they came out with a Maverick one I would be the first to purchase.

Interesting idea, but I looked at the site and my wallet fainted.

Lots of videos on YouTube of people building DIY bed drawers/storage, which IMHO fits the Maverick theme.

The concept of the mostly hidden drawers is nice, but that high load floor gives it away, so I wouldn't count on your stuff going unnoticed.

I specced a set of the drawers for a 2022 Ranger, and they came to $1450. That's extraordinarily expensive for something that is not amazingly difficult to DIY. In fact, a DIY solution might even have less space given over to structural/dead space.

And as other have noted, isn't the theme of the Maverick DIY mods?

I messaged them a while back. If I finally get a truck and build drawers before they make up their minds I’ll just keep what I make. I’m planning on a cap too so that will keep the diy drawers out of the weather.

What they should make is a bed that would roll out about 6 1/2' so we could go camping in the Maverick.

I sent them a product request and got a real weasel-worded reply from their product VP Spencer Dahl that they couldn't (i.e. wouldn't) modify their drawer system because the maverick bed is short and the couldn't modify their system without "sacrificing load capacity and function". He hinted at a possible future product (CargoGlide) in a couple of months. That's not anything I'd be interest in. Decked obviously doesn't want to invent any R&D into Maverick products yet.
