I can not get my door open even when trying to use the Key . its a hybrid any one can guide me in the right direction would appreciated it

That would make sense if the key is only for when you have no battery power. Actuators on the other doors would not have power anyway.(goes out to the garage to try the physical key)
EDIT: when you turn the key it doesn't feel like it's doing anything - there's no sound or mechanical feedback of anything moving, but the door DOES lock and unlock. Funny thing, it only locks / unlocks the driver's door. Other doors aren't affected
Hybrid should not matter, they're all the same among trim levels. What trim and will the key turn in the lock? Gotta love the internet. One guy trying to help is adamant that the OP shouldn't spray anything into the lock and the very next guy tells the OP to spray WD-40 or similar oil product!
