Great... I have 5 of those on the list. Scheduled Jan. 3 but will probably be pushed. Not surprised though.
That is my worry as well. I'm hybrid lariat lux +hard trifold. I know Tim said these constraints are for February scheduling but if they're identified now it's hard not to assume it could affect currently scheduled Mavs -- seeing that I was originally scheduled for 12/13, then pushed to 12/20, and now all the way back to 1/3 as well.

So only 18% of the trucks produced will be an Xlt Lux, guessing the constraint on that being the sibl, why not just have the option to drop the bed liner from the lux package for a discount? It seems like such a better solution than adding a dibl or making your customers wait 2-4 months longer to get their vehicle.

I'm sure it has some dollars and cents reasoning but also seems to be creating a lot of frustration from new customers like my self. Frustrated customers don't normally become return customers.
I'm pretty sure they would do as you suggested if the SOBL were the real issue

I think that is an option... That's what I'm doing.
I am assuming doing that by changing your order and removing the items. I think the only problem with that is you lose your place in line. And if you're like me...waiting for a hybrid, you could lose your spot for that too.

You do have the option to change your XLT Lux package from SIBL to DIBL.
This is only true if you still have a dealer priority code. I went to priority 2 ten weeks ago and cannot change from SIBL to DIBL on my Hybrid, XLT, Lux, CP360 that was ordered 7/7. So it appears that people with DIBL ordered in November may get their trucks first. 'Orderers' in June/July are being punished for ordering early.

I bet if nothing changes there is now way they will produce all the outstanding MY22 Hyrbrid orders, Still many like me with July (Lariat Lux Hybrid) waiting for a production date.

There should be a sync screen constraint, just got mine, radio freezes some times, screen reboots sometimes, blacks out also, crazy
I heard if you go ahead and update the firmware the problem goes away. I had a similar problem on a new Escape Titanium Hybrid a couple of months back and the dealer replaced the PIM module and that cleared the issue.

Yeah but I don't want the DIBL, I want to be able to take the option off, them to subtract that amount from my total, and for me to be able to have it done local.

Having the DIBL to just remove it and throw it in the trash just seems so wasteful and unnecessary

I am seriously beginning to think they won't be able to fulfill all MY22 Hybrids until next December. And then what happens when they start taking orders for MY23....
It is even worse next year as they start selling the MAV in South America built from the same plant in Mexico

Check your owners manual under Sync 3 section or swing the truck by a dealer.
Maverick does not have sync, i said sync but actually it is something else, new, will give another few hundreds miles to see if it goes away, 3 year warranty anyways

The Lariat Lux has Sync-3.

Here's how I read this.

Assume for the sake of the argument that they are going to build 3000 Mavericks in January.

Of those, 16% can be Lariat Lux and 18% can be XLT Lux (both with SIBL), and another 3% can be trucks that just added the SIBL option. That means up to 37% of the 3000 can have SIBL (assuming they can fill the Lariat Lux and XLT Lux spots). That's 1,110 trucks with SIBL.

If they split that 60%-40% EcoBoost-Hybid then that's 666 EcoBoosts with SIBL and 444 hybrids with SIBL. That's a pretty good number of trucks with SIBL.

But... outside of the Lux packages, there are only 90 stand-alone SIBLs to go around. That would be 54 EcoBoost and 36 Hybrid. So it doesn't look so good for people who ordered stand-alone.

It probably won't work out that neatly as there may be more Lux packages or stand-alone orders in one group or the other, but that's approximately what it means.

I think...
I looked at this calculation a little bit different...

Since I have a Hybrid XLT Lux w/ SIBL on order (7/7/2021), it looks like your assumed 3000 Mavericks built in a month will yield 1200 Hybrids (40%). Of those 1200 Hybrids only 18% will have the XLT Lux w/ SIBL will equal a mere 216 units that meet my criteria. 216 out of 1200 significantly reduces the 'Hope' factor to get scheduled soon. But, I am ready to be surprised.
