Don't know about the not messing in pants but come to Austin Tx and drive pretty much anywhere between 4:30-6:00 on any workday.

I would say 3:45 on but I don’t like traffic.

Just a note My Tremor has the alert however I do not have the co pilot 360.

All Mavs, regardless of trim, have pre collision avoidance and automatic emergency braking. 360 copilot, BLIS, etc. add additional protections if equipped.

My 22 Maverick has the driver alert and works great but does not add braking, according the the Ford website the 24 model also adds emergency braking so I stand corrected.

My 22 has automatic emergency braking

I have a 22 Lariat Lux have had the alert come on. But never automatic braking. On my wife's Subie I have felt that engage. I too wonder if automatic braking works.

Mine does have the copilot 360, so maybe that’s what applying the brakes. All I know is it does work

I wish I had gotten adaptive cruise. Our Nissan has beat me to the brakes, but all I’ve gotten in the Mav is flashing red.

Adaptive cruise control is great for driving on interstate passing through big cities, especially if it’s rush hour traffic. No foot on gas then back to brake, on and on.
