I purchased magnetic under cabinet lighting that is motion and night sensor so that when it's dark and I open the tailgate, it lights the whole bed. It also acts as a hands free hand light if needed and charges by USB. Had it 2 yrs and works like charm. Hope this helps.

I ordered a '24, AWD, 4K eco, without the sunroof, but my dealer called me a month later that he had a "23 that was declined with the sunroof, factory mats, AWD, 4K, eco, and it was 2K cheaper than the "24, so I bought it and absolutely enjoy it.
I was a 3K oil change, pre 1980, 5K, until 2000's, and now 7.5k since my 2014 F150 (sold at 80k), '15 Focus (sold at 75k), '20 Escape (1.5L, currently 63K), and my '23 Maverick with 25K and lots of towing. Whatever mileage or time you chose is the right one for you!
Here's what I did for mine ('23) but its the same for'24 to get gears 1-8. Hope this helps.
ScanGauge III: Use the Auto Scan feature for a faster setup. Go to More > X-Gauge > Auto Scan, select "Ford," and look for "Gear" in the list of detected gauges to save it directly.
Stand in front of your truck and look at the top of the windshield. You'll see a blackened area with a clear opening in the center, that's the camera. Probably obstructed with bugs just like the collision avoidance radar.
A little better info from Autoblog so it looks like, what was already mentioned, every Mav with a hitch is "potentially" affected.

Sounds like you've done all the right things. Have you tried hitting the lock button, wait, then tried the remote start? Unfortunately sounds like a TCU refresh may be the answer.
Here's a link to a thread that may help. The dealer saying to get a new receiver is just nonsense. You're going to get different opinions on the WDH, so keep an open mind and keep researching. The tongue weight is also just one part of many for a safe and enjoyable towing experience. Good luck...
The keypad was a standard factory installed item on the XLT/Lariat trims in 2023. I have it and use it all the time. It was discontinued for 24's, but could be an optional dealer installed stick on.
Got this off of the Ford.com owners site from the 2026 online manual. Notice the alternative cold climate specs. Hope this helps.
