Chapman Ford allocations & delivery?

I have seen a few orders from chapman in this Thursday post. (see page 11 for example. )
So Chapman is still getting some of its vehicles picked up for production. Maybe he’s not answering emails because he’s getting tired of all those emails on orders for which we just should wait. In these forum we can be very wordy.

I'm just curious if there's more to come in the weeks forward or if we won't see any until after the next "clean up" weeks.

Or maybe if they posted here with the status they would get less emails.

I have an order in since mid-June. I don't really want to pester Tom or others with "what's the status" over and over....on the other hand it has been a long time here without updates from them, and that makes people nervous...including me.

Honestly, I'm beginning to wonder if I should look elsewhere, e.g. see if a dealer closer to home will do a x-plan order, or even move onto another vehicle. And this is coming from someone with three vehicles on the road and one driver at home.

So far so good for me. I took advantage of the short term lease off they had while I wait, so right now my payment is lower than it will be on the Maverick, and I'm driving a nice truck while I wait. Also, my local dealers never even answered my questions regarding what price I would pay, so I'm happy with the peace of mind.

Not necessarily, or I hope not anyway. The more volume, the more allotments the dealer gets. He had already moved over 50 units by September.

I made a reservation with a local dealer end of July and there I am the 6th hybrid in line.
afterward I learned of chapman and reserved the same vehicle. I will monitor the situation and see. If my order with chapman is not even scheduled by the time my local dealer receive the maverick I may just pay msrp and be done with it.
time will tell ... waiting 2-3 extra months is ok for me but I am not for a no end in sight purchase.
