Can anyone tell me a good replacement half axles for the hybrid.

The halfshafts are covered under the 5/60k warranty, so unless you have over 60k on it or ripped the boots driving over asinine obstacles, then they should be under warranty (unless you lifted it and then its your problem). The replacements are an upgraded part, and they should only be 2/3 of the price that you've been quoted. Maybe you need a better dealer. Either way, what are you doing to eat halfshafts faster than anybody else?

I'm pretty sure at this point it's fair to say these parts are defective and Ford should do a recall. Way to many premature failures and unfortunately this appears to be a common occurrence.
