Affected vehicles are equipped with Connected Touch Radios (CTR).
An improper memory handling within CTR software is causing a component in the end-to-end RVC image processing path to fail.
The recall letter you received for your 24 Lariat is more likely for the tail lights that "may" stop illuminating.

Yes they have. Got one a while ago for my 24 XLT EcoBoost here in Canada. It’s been on the FordPass app for a long time, and they say “no fix yet “, figures! The letter said back up camera recall, no other shit!!!

He meant the letter that says please bring it in we have a fix.
ETA - I got my recall letter near end of Dec.

Oh, I forgot the recall originally started 9/13/24 and then they updated it on 11/22/24. When I saw the notice on 11/22/24 it said that owners would be notified once there was a fix. They might have changed their mind.

It might be Ford Canada vs Ford in the US. I got a letter from Ford Canada for the camera recall back in the fall as well.
I received a notification from my dealer asking me to call or go online to set up an appointment. Has anyone else been contacted? I would call them, but I doubt anyone answering the phone would know about it...........
I called the phone number and all it does it ask me to set up an appointment. I'm not setting up anything until I hear it from my MaverickTruckClub family that a fix has been found.
