"Caleb's iPhone" WTH?

So I am in the garage playing with various settings and I click BlueTooth Devices and I find my phone, along with an entry for "Caleb's iPhone".

The only phone I've added is mine...I don't know a Caleb. So I am wondering if "Caleb" is a Mexican auto worker...or someone at my dealer who wanted to listen to tunes while working. Caleb has an iPhone12,8 according to my Maverick.

Odd to say the least.

Yeah a Mexican named Caleb

Did you miss the fact that "Caleb" is a name from the Bible...and a lot of Mexicans are quite religious? Do a Google search for Caleb with a common Mexican last name and you will find MANY Mexicans named Caleb.

Do you know for a fact that your dealership didn't let someone test drive it? It most likely came from someone at the dealership or possibly a customer that was allowed to test drive it or sit in it before you picked it up.

When I first saw this post I assumed this was a used Mav you bought and the dealership didn't reset it.

You can factory reset it if it worries you.

It was only at the dealership off the transport truck for an hour or so before I arrived to pick it up. I'm thinking the PDI person is the most likely person with the iPhone.

And this dealership sold only this one, single Hybrid Maverick during the 2022 and 2023 ordering. So a test drive isn't too likely, as the crowd around here mostly wants Super Duty trucks.

I don't need to do that. It's easy enough to just remove "Caleb's iPhone" in the Bluetooth menu. I was just very surprised to see it.

Nope. It is only 11 days old and hasn't been out of my sight. The other phone was added before I took delivery. Mysteries of life....
