Buschur's Maverick runs 13.2s @ 102.4mph

After my 13.35 with the truck I called my wife to come and run it. She drove 45 minutes to the track for me and made her first ever passes down the 1/4 mile. She was a tad bit nervous! lol.

First pass was a 13.26 at 102.4 and the second pass was a 13.27 at 102.6 mph. I was asked if we gutted the truck, the answer is NO. The truck is full weight and I did a quick video to show that.

The truck is set up like this:

Buschur front mount intercooler

The MPG's of the truck have improved with the mods. I consistently get 33 MPG on the highway, that's calculated with a calculator, not going off the dash, so actual MPG's.

Also, truck has surpassed 12,000 miles. Zero issues with the truck at all, it was on the dyno the day we bought it over a year ago and other than the crappy radio problems, has been trouble free.

I need a wife like yours! That's awesome! BTW....hauled (not towed) a full load of wood 70 miles last night. Your intercooler kept things cool which means the power stayed up. Averaged 28 MPG with 1500 lbs of firewood on 87 octane. Awesome product!

Yeah, I use my truck for truck things VS...say, hypermiling.

Reaction time has nothing to do with ET/MPH, so it doesn't matter. I was glad she drove out to run it and take a 100 pounds out of the truck!

I don't believe in a "track tune" never have. I drive it everyday, tow with it, haul engines etc. all on the same tune we ran 13.2 with.

Can't wait to see it run 12s! I'm getting my 3rd revision to my perf tune this week. I should be a solid 13.7 truck soon Running 5.4s 0-60 before the revision.
