Yeah,
Getting ready to turn 20,000 miles (18,000 with the can installed) and less than 1oz of fluid from it. I even removed the drain hose, to check for possible obstruction and found nothing.

I am at a loss.
Is that an ounce over 20,000 miles of driving or an ounce each oil change?

Total.. Since I installed the can. I have a bottle that I use, just for that.

Using a low NOACK volatility oil (as many synthetics are) should help. Mobil 1 EP is a great oil for direct injected engines and it meets all Ford specs (API SP). I use it on my wife's Jeep with the 2.0 Hurricane engine and plan on using it in Maverick IF I decide to order the EB instead of the Hybrid. Probably use in the Hybrid anyway. :)

I am NOT saying do not use a catch can. I would never say that, it is just maybe for a lot of us low mileage drivers, it may not be as necessary given the use of a high quality low volatility oil such as Mobil 1 EP.

hahaha, Love me some guns....But hey you forgot one thing from all my jibber jabber, where do you dispose of the used oil and the can stuff you empty?
Supposedly any store that sells oil at retail has to provide a collection reservoir for used oil FOR FREE.
I wish the tire shops would do the same...

The catch can and intake showed up today, (isn't UPS such a friend!). I actually got them both installed today in the 92F heat. This from a guy that had quadruple bypass surgery June 30 and one that nuts and bolts hate me. Shows how easy both were!
Thanks David for the awesome products.
