Built a month ago, still not shipped

My modules popped on 4/25 and was marked as built on 4/30 but still has not shipped.

Contacted Ford support and they say:
"The secondary status is Received this means the vehicle has been received by a carrier at a ramp location. The current location is Ramp 5S, Ciudad Industri, SO."

Thinking the carrier lost track of the truck in the parking lot or maybe they just care about FIFO about as much as Ford does. Shipping to Atlanta, and it is a rail transportation hub so I would think it would go quick.

Mav wants to be in my garage, not the hot Mexico sun.

Anyone else seeing this?

It can take a couple of months to ship when showing built, like mine did. Breathe in, breathe out.

I'll be interested to hear what the mileage is when you receive it. I do wonder if there were some quality control problems that necessitated some repairs and over average mileage added to it in the process of driving it around for repair or confirmation of issue being resolved.

Your Ramp is listed on your Window Sticker. You can cross reference it to the list that is somewhere on this forum.

Thanks. My sticker shows the ramp to be RAK6, which I now understand to be in Chicago.

I'm sitting here looking at your truck sitting on the railcar. We bring many California cars here so we can tag the railcar and vehicles inside so they look pretty when they arrive there. Many think most taggers are in CA but there are hundreds of them here in North Platte, NE.

Totally possible. My 2022 never said final prep. Like.......ever.

The Estimated Arrival date updates itself based on certain tracking movements. I suspect the train might not have left yet. It may update to a different set of dates when it pulls out. For mine, it updated when it hit Nogales and changed train companies. It updated when it arrived in St. Louis and was handed off to CSX. It updated when it was dropped at my Final Ramp. It finally updated again when the trucking carrier took it. Next thing I knew, my dealer was texting with a photo of the truck arriving in the morning.

Finally
My Maverick was shipped on 5/3 and finally arrived at my dealer on 6/7 late in the day.
Going to pick it up tomorrow.

The dealer has access to a system that shows everywhere and time the railcar is read by RFID. Don't go by the online tracker which shuts down at times, is late getting updated or has no info. Same for customer support. Dealer or railroad has the closest tracking.
