Bed Divider which won't scratch the paint?

Any Ideas how to do or buy bed dividers which wont scratch the paint?

You can try a square composite 2x4. But if you are afraid of scratches you should consider a spray in bed liner. Your bed will be scratched and dented before you know it no matter how careful you are. That is unless you only ever plan to put groceries in the back. You could still have a rouge watermelon wreak havoc.

Staple thin carpet to the ends of your 2X4 ? As long as it fits you should be good.

100% this. A rogue watermelon can wreak all kinds of havoc.

Seriously though, if you are afraid of scratches, get a spray in liner. Your bed WILL get dinged up, there is no practical way around it. A basic pine wood divider shouldn't cause too much trouble though. One thing I have seen people do is spray bed liner on the wood.

I usually avoid them because they are very heavy. Maybe new ones are lighter. Hard to beat dry 2x4.
