Got a recall notice for our '22 EB XLT to have the BCM updated to take care of a potential problem with the taillights. Called the dealer (Klaben Crown Ford of Warren, OH) to arrange for them to pick up the Mav and bring it back when the update was done. While I was talking to the scheduler, he offered to have a technician come to our home and perform the update. I agreed to that in a heartbeat. It meant I didn't have to drive the Mav on our salt-encrusted roads.
The tech showed up on time and was only here for about 15 minutes. I signed the paperwork and it was all done.
I ask you, how much easier can it get?
