Just for the software update? No idea I was getting a bunch of work done all a once, oil change, airbag recall and the software update. I doubt it would take more than an hour or two just for the software update.How long did they have your truck? And does your paperwork say how much time the Tech took to perform the recall?
I dropped mine off Thursday @ 8am after making appointment approx 2 weeks prior to then. I called them that night @4pm. They needed the truck another day. 3 pm on Friday I had to call again. They needed to keep the truck till Tuesday.
I needed the truck for the weekend so I picked it up. Service Advisor wrote" Customer refused to leave truck this visit for work or diagnostics".
