Same as it ever was, same as it ever was! Same thing here. deleting ford app helped but now no remote start or checking of tires dealer said go 2 weeks and that may help them diagnose.

My 12V battery continues to drain if left for 1-2 days. Currently it's been sitting 22 hours voltage has gone from 12.6 to 10.76 Dome lights stopped going on when I opened the door after first 4 hours. Dealer returns vehicle and says 12V battery is fine , no codes no issues. Can't duplicate issue. Anyone have ideas? I deleted Ford app. Is this possible battery is draining normal rate for a hybrid ?
parasitic draws are a drag....I'd power off the radio before I shut it off and then either lock all the doors or unlock all the doors and see if that makes any difference. Maybe there's a lock that is continuously being actutated and not powering off....good luck - these things are very difficult to find unless you start pulling a different fuse every night to see if that makes a difference. If you have to get an electrical guy to work on it - it's tedious and costly. After you shut it off just sit in it for a while very quietly and listen for anything. You know those relays seem to click on for no apparent reason, it's sort of random - could be one of them is continuously getting toggled while you're sleeping...so this could be difficult. In the meantime I think there is some inline switch you can put between one of the terminals so you can deactive the connection...that way at least the truck will start in the am when you toggle it back to the on position.

Try resetting your BMS

I've had the dome light not come on or come on then go right out on me a few times. I also get the "remote features disabled" notification from the app. I drive my truck only on the weekends and not long distances. But I've never had the truck not start for me, even un sub zero weather.

Mines 50/50 if the dash and interior lights will come on or not. I turned off all the connectivity stuff months ago as I was sick of getting the deep sleep message all the time..

I firmly believe that Ford remote self snooping and weakly made parts like cables, batteries and long waits between building Truck and arriving at dealership ( along with recall holds ) worsens the problems and makes it hard to diagnose root issues. This week could be a good test in how ‘fixed’ my truck is after Everything was none, cable replaced and new battery and updated software..
Out camping in my Prius. Truck left with family member to use. Hasn’t moved in 25 hours lol. May remote start mid week. Have the handy jump pack for my Maverick with me camping in my Prius.

Another idea is to remove the fuse to the Ford remote snooping cell ‘ phone home’ system. The use of the Ford App triggers a remote location and data transfer. It also triggers checks ( I.E. turn thing like relays ON, trucks many computers feed information. ) Ford blamed the 3rd party app that shows all the other data a simple phone app can get ( windows up/ down, tire pressures, battery levels, temperature, which doors are locked or unlocked, etc. ) But there was a whole bunch of other dead 12v hybrids reported here at end of same weekend.
Ford can and do remote test and refresh software independently of dealerships. Even when in motion!
Scary but that has been happening for a decade with Lincoln-Ford.

The Ford WSM says that the parasitic draw should be 25 to 50mA, over 50mA should be investigated, seems a bit high to me, many modern vehicles have less than 20mA when in sleep mode.
Parasitic Draw Test procedure attached:

The battery is a known issue. Take it in to the dealer and tell them they need to replace the battery.

Experienced similar issues with my Lariat Hybrid but it always turned on, never had to jump it. After charging the 12V battery, it would go back into deep sleep within 2-3 days. Would get deep sleep notice around 30 minutes after taking a 60 mile trip which should have charged the 12V battery. Dealer picked up on 4/12 and diagnosed but said "could not duplicate" and reset the BMS any way. Received 8 notices of "remote features disabled" between the time they picked up the Mav and the time they brought it back. Expected to receive another notification after I was handed the keys but it has been working fine since. Was prepared to go by the dealer to show them all the notices but it seems ok for now, nothing since knock on wood!!
