it was done after like 4 hours...........when I got home it was parked for around 15 hours.

So they didn't actually do the whole required process.
I wouldn't trust they always know what they should.

I'm guessing you had it locked for the 15 hrs then - so at least you got it done.

My 12V battery is being replaced today under warranty................22XLT hybrid, 32Kmiles.
Is there anything I need to do or make sure the dealership does after they install the new battery?

I complained that the dealer did not find out the root cause of the failure, he is going to do a load charge and diagnostics on the charging system Monday.
