    Well you know Sarge there were only 25 million vehicles on the roads in 1950 so not as much traffic and everyone probably drove much slower. Today there are 285 million vehicles on the roads and a lot of them drive like idiots and turn signals are very import if you want to arrive alive. Just MHO!
