Experienced similar issues with my Lariat Hybrid but it always turned on, never had to jump it. After charging the 12V battery, it would go back into deep sleep within 2-3 days. Would get deep sleep notice around 30 minutes after taking a 60 mile trip which should have charged the 12V battery...
