I'm sure you'll like it. I've had mine close to a year, and I'm very happy with it. It gives more access to the bed when folded up than others do, and it's easy enough to remove and replace when you need full access.
I have very little moisture enter near the tailgate, usually only during a very heavy rain or when I use a power washer.

I have had mine for one year. Overall I have been been satisfied with the performance. To minimize water intrusion at the tailgate I added a piece of weather-strip around the the tailgate opening. (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00IPQWXZQ)

The only issue I have with moisture is condensation. In the PNW it will be cold overnight and gradually warm up during the day causing the panels to drip with condensation.
