Have been using https://shop.ford.ca/vehicleordertracking to track since getting VIN.
Today, I am getting this message -- of course using same order number and VIN I have as always:
We're sorry. We are unable to process this Order. Please enter a valid Ford Order/VIN.
Mine last reported shipped on July 12.
