Nonexistent… since my dealer never did the ROVP… the sales manager said he did then claimed he had no idea what it was, so my truck was never really ordered…

That's got to be really Frustrating. But what's the Cancelled on 3-19 about if they never ordered it? I hope something good works out for you.
