My truck is ready for pick up.

Does anyone knows, once the truck has arrived to the shipping yard, is it the dealers responsibility to pick up now? My truck is in Richmond, CA been there 2 weeks now about an hour away.

Ford schedules the car carrier to take it from rail yard to dealer. Dealer has no control over that.

The dealer does nothing until a truck shows up on their lot and unloads your truck. They then sell it to you. Ford is responsible for getting your truck on the carrier's truck and delivered to your dealer.

It's not ready for pickup until the dealer receives it, and any holds are cleared. Might still be 1-3 weeks for you to wait.
