Am i the only one using the app for bluetooth connectivity? I use it for calls, music streaming, maps, and voice to text. I dont see the need for the dongles people are using.

I have used Bluetooth extensively in the past for phone call connectivity, but I generally plug my phone in via USB to use CarPlay for music. I believe that the dongles that people are using (WiFi) provide better musical fidelity than music over Bluetooth.

How are you doing navigation just via Bluetooth (without android auto or carplay - wired or wireless)?

I have android auto. When i plug in the AA will work. If im just connected via bluetooth everything that would normally be in AA works.

A friend of mine mentioned that issue with his phone, but later dertemined that his ex-wife still had his number preprogrammed.

When had my Colorado, I used the non-CarPlay Bluetooth app functionality more than I have with the Maverick. I will try it out.

Yes, on a few occasions. I had to hang up on the call and call them back then it was ok.
