Good Morning:
Picked my 24 XLT AWD up Feb 2, 2024, cannot get the truck to connect to App. Have spent a couple hours with the dealer, close to 3 hours with Ford help Call Center agent and have received a Ford case number and am awaiting a 5 day service level call back from engineering.
I’ve set my radio time numerous time and it stops and gives the wrong time. Tried connecting to house wifi and it is checking for updates into the future as the system time is wonky. Tried connecting to the salesperson’s FordPass app and it won’t connect to theirs either
Who else out here is also having the same issues?
