I was never a German car fan; I always had British or Japanese sports cars. But, if I remember correctly, the 2002 LITERALLY PUT BMW ON THE MAP IN AMERICA. Our neighbor's kid had one, and he swore by it. The guy who gets my Maverick is getting a nice truck. 6400 miles, original wheels, hub caps and lug nuts in the bed, slide-in carrier for the bed, car cover and hail cover, plus all the little things that you guys talked me in to buying. Happy roads, friends. The "2002" you mentioned . . . year or model?
I had a '72 2002 BMW sedan and it was one of the best cars I've ever owned. Would love to get my hands on a restored one.
