Sometimes I'll have the AC off, the auto off and just the fan blowing, but it gets very cold just like the AC is on. Has anyone else experienced this and how do I prevent it?

Thanks, but don't want to turn off the blower, what I'm asking is using blower only but it is definitely AC cold without it being onPush the right hand knob (temp control) in. The center of the knob is an on/off switch. Not very intuitive. I drove around for months with the blower always running on low because I didn't see that!
Yes. Yes Y'all.Sometimes I'll have the AC off, the auto off and just the fan blowing, but it gets very cold just like the AC is on. Has anyone else experienced this and how do I prevent it?
Ok, will give it a shot. ThanksYes. Yes Y'all.
To fix mine it was one of two things:
1) I cycled every single button thinking maybe one was stuck. Maybe it was, problem went away
or
2) you need to have at least one position button pressed first, either vents, floor, windshield, before pressing any other button. Maybe this solves it. I do this, problem went away.

Hey! I can take a closer look into your A/C concerns if you like. Can you send us a direct message with your VIN and the dealership name/location?I’ve noticed the same situation and haven’t been able to figure out when it happens. I, too, just want vent air with no AC. I’m going to ask dealership next time I’m there.
The defroster will run when the humidity is high enough that condensate could form on windshield. The dehumidifier uses the AC!If the defroster in on, it will use the AC even if it is turned off.
Even though the fan is the only thing on? Is that written somewhere? The defroster will run when the humidity is high enough that condensate could form on windshield. The dehumidifier uses the AC!
This is not it.Even though the fan is the only thing on? Is that written somewhere?
