True, and the used car market has been dropping since May. That will help stabilize prices. there may not be any ADM's on run of the mill new vehicles like the Maverick by spring. Higher interest rates are helping reduce the vehicle buying sprees.

Well for all u who said they wont budge from 5k over msrp they did a bit went down 1000 to 4k over better then nothing i go pick it up today while keeping my 23 order intact who knows maybe trade this one in when my 23 arrives

Beautiful truck. Keep in mind that in today's market the dealers have the advantage over pricing. Demand is much higher than supply, so they hold most of the cards. I paid 5k over and while unhappy about that, I was able to get exactly the Maverick trim I wanted even though I didn't have the chance to order one. I called dealers across the country looking for a Maverick to replace my Colorado that caught fire. So, no quibbles from me when my Alto Blue Lariat popped up. But, back to your prize . . . you'll be the one with the big grin on his face as you drive this truck where ever you go. Happy and safe travels!

Congratulations. I am still waiting for my XLT/Lux. June, 2021 order. In the long run the extra 4k won't matter. I am puttering around in a 15 year old Honda while you are driving a new Mav.

The more I see that color the better I like it. I think when you get your 23 then you can decide which one to keep and even at 4k over MSRP I think you can get your money back.
